Presidents’ Day- Día de los Presidentes is celebrated on the third Monday of February each year to honor the birthdays of both George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. I've compiled a list of excellent videos and crafts to use in your classroom.
Students will imagine themselves as president for these Presidents' Day writing activities. As you can imagine, we get some interesting responses! I like to put these up in the hallway as a Presidents' Day bulletin board.
Your students creatively think about what it is like to live in the White House.
Your students will have a great time brainstorming for this Presidents' Day writing activity!
